Contracting entity: [Legal Entity Name], a [State/Country] company located at [Address] (“Hustlemate,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
What we do
Hustlemate provides an online accountability platform that pairs members with partners for scheduled focus sessions, community interaction, and related productivity tools (the “Service”). Certain features are paid subscriptions.
Your agreement to these Terms
By creating an account, starting a session, or paying for a plan, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent you’re authorized to bind that organization and “you” means the organization.
Eligibility; accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you’re under 18, you may not create an account.
Keep your credentials confidential; you’re responsible for your account activity.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts for any breach or risk to safety.
Health and safety disclaimer
Hustlemate is not medical, psychological, or legal advice and is not a therapy or crisis service. If you’re in danger or in a crisis, call your local emergency number immediately. You are solely responsible for your goals, tasks, and outcomes.
Acceptable use and community rules
You agree not to:
Harass, threaten, dox, stalk, or discriminate against others; post hate or sexually explicit/obscene content; or solicit illegal activity.
Record, scrape, or mine user sessions or chats without clear, prior, written consent of all participants and compliance with applicable law.
Spam, advertise, or run multi-level marketing in sessions or community spaces.
Circumvent safety tools, match-making, or rate limits; probe or disrupt our systems.
Compromise minors’ safety (we do not serve users under 18 or knowingly collect their data; see Privacy Policy). (ftc.gov)
We may moderate, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts to protect the community.
User content; license to Hustlemate
You retain rights to content you submit (text, messages, session notes, posts, profiles) (“User Content”). You grant Hustlemate a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, process, transmit, display, and create non‑public analytical derivatives of User Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You represent you have rights to post User Content and it does not violate law or others’ rights.
Copyright policy (DMCA)
We comply with 17 U.S.C. §512. We’ll remove content upon valid notice and may terminate repeat infringers. Send notices to our DMCA Agent:

Your notice must include the elements required by §512(c)(3). Counter‑notices must meet §512(g)(3). We may restore content after 10–14 business days unless the claimant files suit. Register your DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office if you host third‑party content. (law.cornell.edu)
Third‑party services
You may connect with third parties (e.g., payment processors, video, analytics, email providers). Their terms and privacy notices apply to their services. We’re not responsible for third‑party services.
Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
Auto‑renewal: Paid plans renew until canceled. We’ll state price and cadence at checkout.
Trials and promos: If your trial ends, we’ll charge the payment method on file unless you cancel beforehand.
Price changes: We may change prices prospectively with reasonable notice.
Taxes: Prices exclude taxes unless stated; you’re responsible for applicable taxes.
Refunds: Unless required by law, fees are nonrefundable. We may, at our discretion, issue a pro‑rated or credit‑only remedy for verified service failures.
Payment processors: Payments are handled by processors (e.g., PayPal, card networks, or a merchant‑of‑record). Your payments are subject to those processors’ terms.

If you opt into texts or calls, you consent to receive them from Hustlemate at the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time.
